Leader, I bless you with this scripture as your legacy. I bless you with shepherding (tending, ruling over) those entrusted to you with a heart free of deceit and self-seeking. I bless you with winning your people’s trust and being honoured with their respect because you walk in integrity. I bless you with the wisdom and acumen necessary to lead your people with both the attainment of business objectives in mind as well as the nurturing of your people’s potential. I bless you with discernment and skilfulness being a natural part of your workday. May your integrity bear good fruit, also for those who come after you.
