Leader, I bless you with moving ahead. Whether in course-altering decisions, or in the daily implementation of the respective tasks that bring you closer to reaching your goals, I bless you with passing through the different gates that signal progress – and with you being encouraged as you move through these gates with intent, allowing yourself time to acknowledge and enjoy every milestone. I bless you with your example and commitment preparing a way for your people to follow. I bless you with the right words, vision and strategy to build up the highway upon which many must walk unencumbered to do what they are supposed to do. I bless you with clearly communicating your values and identity along the way so that your people have a clear sense of belonging. I bless you with your righteousness (justice, uprightness) preparing the way for harvest.
