Leader, I bless you with noticing that the Lord is standing with you. He is not a distant figure, absent-mindedly sneaking a peek over the balcony of heaven every now and again to see what we’re up to. He knows you. Every facet of you, every victory and every struggle. I bless you with being aware of His council. I bless you with being strengthened in the areas where you need such. I bless you with achieving the goals you have set for yourself and your sphere of influence. I bless you with fresh strategy and with favour among your stakeholders. I bless you with deliverance from the mouth of the lion – whatever shape the lion might be: deadlines, reputation risks, unfair business practices, family tensions, etc. I bless you with resting in Him.
