Blessing Leaders

Genesis 30:27 “And Laban said to him, ‘Please stay, if I have found favour in your eyes, for I have learned by experience that the Lord has blessed me for your sake.’

Leader, I bless you with seeing your employer or superior blessed by God for your sake, because you follow God. Take a moment to think about it… be in awe at the generosity of God whose favour over you extends to those around you who might not even know Him. I bless you with following God’s principles and counsel to grow and continue growing in favour with Him. I bless you with practising mercy and truth, and with seeking and finding wisdom. I bless you with seeing how these three transform your leadership style and outcomes, extending the boundaries of the favour from God and man.

Proverbs 3:3-4 “Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart, and so find favour and high esteem in the sight of God and man.” Proverbs 8:35 “For whoever finds me [wisdom] finds life, and obtains favour from the Lord.”
