Leader,
few things in life are as lethal to man’s soul and spirit as futility. The sense of toiling without purpose, existing without being part of something bigger than us. I bless you with a revelation of where you and your work/day-to-day exploits fit into the bigger picture of God’s plan for the earth. He is working to return us to our initial purpose: ruling over the earth in peace and prosperity, and in close relationship with Him. I bless you with the mind-boggling realisation that you have a role to play in this. I bless you with doing everything in your power to stick to the strategy God gave you for your journey to reach this elaborate goal. I bless you with the right words, charisma and faith to communicate this vision to those God placed alongside you for this season.
