Leader, I bless you with taking a moment to appreciate the fact that you were placed in a position of authority. Despite the challenges and responsibilities of leadership, you enjoy opportunities many others do not. I bless you with a renewed sense of purpose and enjoyment of your work. I bless you with the realisation that you spend every day doing what you love. And if this is not the case anymore, I bless you with the courage to change direction and with open ears and eyes to hear and see how God leads you.
