Proverbs 16:2-3 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirits. Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.
Leader, I bless you with never being so attached to your own understanding and ideas, that it disallows any other perspective from improving yours. I bless you with being especially sensitive to God’s leading, He does not think as man does, but He sees a far bigger picture of your situation than you can imagine – allow Him to shape your thoughts and actions, even if it does not make ‘human sense’ to you. I bless you with an authentic relationship with God where you, like a son or daughter, take even the smallest of decisions to Him for His input. Honour Him with your time and trust, and He will honour you among the great. I bless you with realising that as you hand the reins over to God, He establishes you in the areas where He has purposed you to reign.
Proverbs 16:7-9 When a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.
