Proverbs 13:23-25 Much food is in the fallow ground of the poor, and for lack of justice there is waste.
Leader, one of the tragedies of life concerns the unreached potential of millions of people. I bless you with stepping out of your comfort zone and reaching out to a person or community who might not fall in your direct sphere of influence, but who needs help with breaking up fallow ground, and planting good seed that can, with proper nurture, deliver a harvest to the benefit of many. I bless you with ensuring that your conduct and decision-making are at all times just and fair, so that there is no waste – no wasted opportunities, resources and most of all, no wasted potential. May you be known as a builder and restorer of human dignity; one who understands the innate desire of human beings to accomplish something, and who contributes to the improvement of people’s lives by empowering them to increase and improve their technical and problem-solving skills, creativity, work ethic, and stewardship so that they, in turn, can pay it forward to those around them.
Proverbs 14:4 Where no oxen are, the trough is clean; but much increase comes by the strength of an ox.
