Coal to diamonds

Psalm 119:81-84 “My soul faints for Your salvation, but I hope in Your word. My eyes fail from searching Your word, saying, “When will You comfort me?” For I have become like a wineskin in smoke, yet I do not forget Your statutes. How many are the days of Your servant? When will You execute judgment on those who persecute me?”

Leader, ancoal-386602__340 old song says, ‘some days are diamonds, others are coal’. I bless you with the freedom to allow yourself to experience both. I bless you with the ‘coal’ days reminding you that you are but a sojourner on this earth – perfection awaits us hereafter. I bless you with being reminded that these days are preparation for ‘diamond’ days – if your heart is set to obey God’s principles, any hardship is productive pain. Be wise not to reject those days, but also be honest in relaying your pain to God – He is relational; He can take anything you fling at Him! I bless you with perseverance. I bless you with God’s intervention at the right time, with your full restoration and with you being able to pass on the valuable lessons you have learnt. I bless you with shining like a diamond in a world hungry for hope, joy and peace.

Psalm 119:85-88 “The proud have dug pits for me, which is not according to Your law. All Your commandments are faithful; they persecute me wrongfully; Help me! They almost made an end of me on earth, but I did not forsake Your precepts. Revive me according to Your lovingkindness, so that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth.”
