Leader, I bless you with the wisdom to learn from your mistakes – especially those highlighted by another’s reprimand or by circumstances. In other words, the kind of correction that is often accompanied by public embarrassment. May your ego take a back seat as you identify and grab the opportunity to grow as a person and to be a better leader, as opposed to giving in to pride, blame shifting, or any other immature coping mechanism. I bless you with passing the period of correction with flying colours and with seeing the positive consequences in your personal and professional life.
