Blessing Leaders

Genesis 33:14 “Please let my lord go on ahead before his servant. I will lead on slowly at a pace which the livestock that go before me, and the children are able to endure, until I come to my lord in Seir.”

Leader, I bless you with keeping the right pace to accomplish the vision. I bless you with a fine discernment between adjusting your pace to those who take a bit longer to catch up, on the one hand, and encouraging those who should be able to keep up but are not, on the other. I bless you with achieving this balance so that you do not move so fast that you lose your people along the way, but also that you do not compensate so much, that you miss opportunities.

1 Kings 3:9 “Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”
