Blessing Leaders

Psalm 141:5 “Let the righteous strike me; It shall be a kindness. And let him rebuke me; It shall be as excellent oil; Let my head not refuse it. For still my prayer is against the deeds of the wicked.”

Leader, I bless you with being surrounded by righteous peers and superiors. I bless you with their input – to encourage or admonish – not being a burden to you but a delight because it benefits you and those around you. I bless you with the necessary humility to accept their advice and the wisdom to implement that which is necessary. I bless you with being quick to correct your mistakes and to ask forgiveness where you must, freeing you of the burden of guilt and giving opportunity for reconciliation and restitution.

Isaiah 54:8 ‘“With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you,’ says the Lord, your Redeemer.”
