Leader, I bless you with seeing your situation and your tenure in whatever position you are from God’s perspective. I bless you with rising above the slog of every day – the overwhelming schedule, the familiar rut of meetings, the countless solutions you are expected to produce – and recognise where you are in God’s plan. I bless you with working with Him, not against, in developing and growing into your God-ordained potential. I bless you with quickly grasping the lessons you have to learn. I bless you with such sensitivity to His guidance that you will instinctively know what lessons you have to impart to those around you. I bless you with the sure understanding that if you allow God to lead you, your road leads to triumph. Be suitably amazed at the fact that through your obedience to and reverence for Him, you are sharing Him – everywhere. I bless you with fulfilling that high calling – representing Him and bringing heaven to earth where He has placed you – because then everything else will fall in place. I bless you to triumph in Christ.
